I get to travel a lot with the food phtography as most chefs and owners want to have the photographs done in their own premises.

So, we pack up the travelling studio and essentials like ingradients and tools, then off we go on another project. This was a little London project at a Battersea school where the client is an huge advocate for fresh ingredients and freshly cooked meals for their young people.

From the moment I arrived you could tell they excelled as the produce was exceptional, and full of colour and variety, a far cry from the food I remember being presented during the 80s. Packed with flavour and prepared by highly skilled chefs, easily comparable to any restaurant.

The shoot consisted of a full day and we delivered approx 250 photos in hi-res for them to use in marketing, social and general communications across all media types. A great investment for them and a good days work by Thetford Photography.
