We pride ourselves on being transparent and open about everything we do. So we’ve built this page to cover some of the key areas of the business to give you confidence in what we do over and above the pictures we take.
Founded in 2016, Thetford Photography specialises in wedding photography, food photography, hospitality photography. We’re located in Thetford, Norfolk, but work outdoors in locations so can be throughout the UK.
The mission of Thetford Photography is to create lasting imagery with passion and enthusiasm, in a way that has never been captured before and is determined to handle each and every customer as if they are our only customer.
Although we are a very small photography firm we endeavour to minimise the environmental impact of our activities in as many ways we can.
In our business planning we will always consider the environmental effects of our activities and actively look for and use where economically viable any methods to reduce our negative impact on the environment and to ensure we operate as efficiently as possible.
We will minimise waste wherever possible and actively pursue opportunities to recycle.
Where we can find economically viable opportunities to make a positive contribution to improving the environment we will take them. We will also support organisations with these goals where possible.
We will source all products and services wherever possible through companies and organisations which share our environmental aims and policies.
We will meet or exceed all environmental legislation that relates to our business.
Equality and Diversity Policy
Thetford Photography condemns all forms of discrimination and has developed this equality policy to promote our equality objectives. The aims of this policy are, therefore, to:
- Eliminate any form of discrimination within the Company on the grounds set out in this policy;
- Create inclusive and sustainable communities in the area that are free from discrimination and harassment;
- Ensure all customers have equal access to high-quality services that meet their needs.
Furthermore, it is recognised that if the above aims are to be successfully achieved the development of additional key equality and diversity policies is required.

We are aware of, and value, the different groups of customers and possible future customers that we serve, and aim to deliver services that meet the needs of this diverse client group. All individuals can expect to receive equal access to the services we provide now and in the future. We will ensure our strategic aims and objectives are met:
Confidentiality of information is maintained at all times we will also endeavour to provide suitable interpreting services where appropriate, and will ensure that buildings are accessible to all wherever possible or that a suitable alternative is provided.
If you feel that you have been treated unfairly or suffered harassment because of your gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation, you should report this without fail to the Company.
Any such complaints will be fully investigated as speedily as possible, and you will be kept advised of action taken.
We make your safety our absolute priority but should the unforeseen ever happen we have £1m of public liability insurance in place should it be needed.
