TAKING THE PHOTOS IS ONLY THE FIRST HALF OF THE CREATIVE PROCESS

Creating the stunning look you want from your day isn't about just taking beautiful pictures, it's about making them as unique as you and your dream style.

Trusting your photographer is vital

Being a great photographer is only half of the job - it’s essential of course but it only paints a part of the finished picture. You also need to be friendly, approachable and reassuring, and exceptionally skilled under pressure in order to get the exquisite finish to the photos. I truly believe that the way the pictures look and the finished style is the final proof of the skills you hold and the lasting image of the day everyone wants.

Getting the style you desire

A decent picture from the camera can become a stunning lifelong memory with the right skills in the post-production. These final steps make all the difference to the ultimate finish of the photo, transforming it from a ‘good picture’ into a sublime photo that you and your partner will view and enjoy for many years to come.
All the wedding filters I use are individually built by me. This is an example of how I set myself apart from other photographers, nothing is standard. Each wedding filter makes my work unique. You can either pick from the six conventional looks or request a consultation and we'll build a tailor-made look for you.

FAQ

if you need additional information please drop us a call and we'll answer

Yes, during the process of discussing your needs we’ll talk about the style of your day and how you wish your pictures to look. Simply tell me the style you want to achieve and the look of the edit you like and I’ll do that for you.

I ask that you do some research before coming in to see me. I’ll give you some tips on source reference pictures but it’s basically like a designers mood board. You collect the images you like and give a feel for your theme and style, bring this with you to a relaxed meeting here at the studio and we’ll build a look that meets what you brief us.

The best time is a couple of weeks before we meet for a rehearsal shoot, (which will be about 4 weeks before your day), so 6 weeks from your day.

This gives us enough time to discuss your ideas and build a style to use after the rehearsal and for you to give feedback before your wedding day and the final pictures are edited.

When I deliver the rehearsal pictures they’ll be edited as your wedding pictures will be delivered, if you don’t like for some reason I can do minor amends to get it just right for you.

I do ask that you confirm approval before your wedding day as not signing off on the style will delay your final pictures of your big day.

Yes, I’ve been using Photoshop since the mid-ninties so have about 25 years of experience.
Minor edits are within the cost, more intricate work will incur an additional cost but this will be discussed before undertaking.

Complete the form below and we'll give you a hassle free, competitive quote, and let you decide.

We promise to never cold call or chase you after the initial quote, we know that if the chemistry works and you like our style you’ll call us. If your photographer is a pain, how can you enjoy your wedding day, relax and get stunning pictures to treasure?
